Does anyone know Tosca Reno and her The Eat Clean Diet. Tosca Reno share some great tips for dieter. Tosca Reno show how the eat clean diet work for her. She want more and more people read her book. Because she is 200+ pound girl several years ago, now she is thin.

What’s The Eat-Clean Diet? The diet is simple. Eating fruit, vegetable and drinking water. 7 meals a day, avoid processed food. Why it called Eat-Clean Diet? Tosca Reno suggest people eat clean food, natural food in The Eat Clean Diet. I tried The Eat Clean Diet. It’s not because I think this diet is great. It’s because I fall in love with Tosca Reno when I first saw her through The Eat Clean Diet cover. She’s beautiful. OMG, I tell myself diet can change everything.

Seafood Meals Calories

When I’m on low calorie diet. Calorie intake is very important. So I choose to eat fruits and vegetables. Because fruits and vegetables are low calorie foods. But I dislike fruit and vegetable, since I ate them for years. I think I should eat food which can replace vegetable and fruit. Then, I find it. It’s seafood. Most Seafood is only 20 to 50 calories per ounce. Although seafood contain higher calories than fruit and vegetables, sea food contain less calories than meats. This means, if you choose to eat seafood for weight loss, your body won’t store much many calories. You just need do some exercise, you can lose weight fast. Also seafood are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It’s good for my health.

I like to drink tea. Tea is great, tea not only can help me fight cancer but also help my diet. Although I know tea can helo diet, I don’t know why. In order to discover the secret of tea, I read a lot of book about tea. Here is what I found,

Drinking tea with a meal may cause your body to not absorb as much as 25 percent of the calories. It can explain that why tea can help you to loss weight. As we know, weight gain is because we eat too much high calories food, those calories usually transfer into fat. When you drank tea, after you eat food. The tea reduce your 25 percent of caloric intake, that means you only eat 75 percent of food than before, But you think you have ate 100 percent of food.

Beware Nighttime Snacking

Are you a nighttime snacker? Do you have a nighttime snacking eating habits? If yes, I recommend you close down your kitchen. Because if you eat food at night, you could be adding hundreds of unnecessary calories. As we know, your body burn less calories at midnight, those calories will transfer into fat.

Fast-food Restaurant or Full-service Restaurant

I hate dining out, because we have to gain more weigh than cooking at home. But I have a busy life, so I have to dining out when I’m on diet.

Now the problem is which one prefer, the fast-food restaurant or full-service restaurant, after you decide to dining out. Recently study find a higher density of full-service restaurants was associated with lower weight status, but a higher density of fast-food restaurants was associated with higher weight status. Because you can choose to eat vegetable which full-service restaurants serving for you, but the fast-food restaurants will not do that.

So if you have to dining out, I suggest you choose full-service restaurants. It’s better than fast-food restaurant when you don’t want to gain more weight.

Stop Eating Trans Fat Foods

Being a wise dieter, you must know the fat first. Because the fat can cause you overweight. When you are in overweight, means you will hard to loss weight. So we must stop to eat high fat foods, especially the trans fat foods. Because the trans fat foods not only worse for your diet, but also worse for health.

Now the problem is what foods contain high amount of trans fat? So that I can avoid to eat them. Cookies, Candy, Chips, Baked Goods and Frozen Foods contain high amount of trans fat food. Before You decide to eat, you must not choose them, otherwise you will get fat and die soon.

NYC Chain Restaurant Will Post Calorie Information

I dislike dining out, because I cannot get enough calorie information from their menus. Although I have to spend many time on home cooking, I can calculate the real calorie intake daily. It’s good keep my weight and diet plan.

Now chain restaurants within the NYC city limits to post calorie information on each item on all their menus. I think it’s a good news for dieters who want to know how much calorie and other nutritional information in the chain restaurant foods. So that they can know the real calorie information, when they dining out. At the same time, the chain restaurant will attract more consumer who are on diet.
