New year is coming soon! Many people are happy about this holiday. But I remind dieters that you should beware of the holiday weight gain. Researchers determined that most weight gain occurs between Thanksgiving and the New Year. So you should limit your food craving during new year, otherwise you will mess up you diet effort. I suggest you eat less and exercise more, not watch tv too much time and go out for a walk or play game with your family.
