I like to eat corn cob, because the corn cob is the best diet food and health food. However eating the blue corn tortilla is better than white corn cob and yellow corn cob.

There is a corn study in Mexico. The scientists found blue corn has more protein and a lower glycemic index than other chips. Also blue corn contains less starch than white and yellow. As we know eating starch really bad for diet. So I suggest you choose blue corn while you decide to buy corn in the supermarket.
