Breakfast Barley or Oatmeal

Do you eat barley or oatmeal for best breakfast. I think it’s great eating barley instead of oatmeal. Beacuse the barley have many benefit than oatmeal.

Firstly, barley was much more effective in reducing both glucose and insulin responses than oats. As we know, Insulin is one factor in fat storage. If we can reduce the insulin level in our body, we can lost our weight quickly.

Secondly, Barley has the trace mineral copper. Trace mineral copper is one factor in boosting metabolism. It also help you to lose weight.
