It can explain that why so many dieters cut their food intake, but the calorie in their body still high. They overlook their liquid calories intake which contain large amount of calorie. Liquid calories from alcohol, smoothies, coffee with cream and sugar, sweetened juices, teas, and sodas can really contribute to weight gain.
