That’s why I suggest dieters eat 5-6 meal per day. Eat more not bad for diet, if you eat high fiber food. Eat more, at least you can prevent overfeeding, but eat less usually cause hungry. Hungry not only bad for health, but also bad for diet. Because eat less make you guzzle, guzzle usually cause weight gain or weight loss. Also guzzle can hurt your stomach.
