When you decide to go on a diet, many diet adviser suggest you should drink lots of water. Because the drinking water can help your diet. I agree with it. But I think drinking cold water will better than simple drinking water. Because if you drink cold water, your body have to burn more fat to keep your animal heat. Also cold water will slow your stomach active, you won’t hungry for a long time. Drinking cold water can prevent overfeeding.

Do you eat barley or oatmeal for best breakfast. I think it’s great eating barley instead of oatmeal. Beacuse the barley have many benefit than oatmeal.

Firstly, barley was much more effective in reducing both glucose and insulin responses than oats. As we know, Insulin is one factor in fat storage. If we can reduce the insulin level in our body, we can lost our weight quickly.
