Because the water can full your stomach and dilute gastric acid. Another reason why you should drink water is because your brain usually confuse the thirst and hunger. When you feel hunger, actually your thirst.

Eating some high fiber foods such as fruit and vegetable is very important to stop hunger. The fiber foods not digests easily than other food. So you can feel full longer.

Recently a new study about dieting lead to binge eat begin in University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Dr. Dianne Neumark-Sztainer found that undergraduate had gained 0.69 more body mass index (BMI) points than their non-dieting classmates. It’s a danger sign that dieting can lead to binge eat. The binge eat lead to overweight.

Why dieting lead to binge eat? When you go on dieting. You usually reduce the meal times, for example skip breakfast. When you haven’t eat food for long time, your brain send you a signal that you are hunger. You cannot control your food craving, so you have to binge eat. The best ways stop binge eat is eat 5-6 times per days, but limit each meal food intake.

Dieters usually look for something to eat when they feel hunger. But do you know thirst and hunger can send off similar signals from your brain. Sometimes when we feel hungry it’s actually that we’re thirsty. Often our hunger signals are confused with our thirst signals. So when we feel thirst, but we eat more food. Dieters know those foods are really bad for their diet effort, but they cannot give up it. Why? I think the one important fact is those foods are popular and delicious, the other importmant fact is the habit. When you are a baby, you already eat the junk foods and fast foods. You eat it until now. It’s horrible, you cannot give up junk foods and fast foods, because you eat it for a long time.

But we have to give up it. We want weight loss and longevity. The human world is so beautiful. There are so many thing we haven’t try.

When you get a bad mood, your brain give stomach a sign that you are hungry then the food craving is out of control. You want to eat more food, despite the food contain high fat and high calorie. Then several days later, you find you are overweight. Bad Mood is a bad condition while you are on diet. We must avoid the situation. The best method to avoid the bad mood is go out for a walk or talk about some funny thing with your friend.
