What is No white food diet? No white food diet is not eat white color food when you are on diet. Why we shouldn’t eat white color food? Because the white color foods are high carb foods, for example, bread. As we know carb foods cause obesity and overweight. so before you want to eat when your hungry, you should avoid white color foods. Carbs you shouldn’t eat. Because the carbohydrates usually contain plenty of sugars, but low in fiber. As we know your body tend to burn sugar instead of fat if you eat too much sugar food. At the same time, carbohydrate food are low fiber, so you will hungry fast than other high fiber foods.

Is there any best alcoholic drink when on a diet? Dieters won’t drink alcoholic drink, because dietitian suggest them not drink alcoholic drink when they are on a diet. I think drink some low carb alcoholic drink is ok. Some of the popular low carb diets recommend not drinking alcoholic beverages, because they think the high amount of carb which contain in alcoholic can cause blood sugar to be erratic. So if we really want to drink when on a diet, why not drink some low carb alcoholic drink?
