Do you on a diet while pregnancy? Today, I receive a letter from a pregnant woman. She ask me the diet tips while pregnancy. I think it’s a bad idea. Because you and your baby won’t get
enough nutrition if you decide to go on a diet while pregnancy. Finally the baby will die or unhealth, because the nutrition lack. If you really want to go on a diet, I suggest you do that after baby born. I know many woman want to keep good shape, but you shouldn’t risk your baby for a diet. That’s stupid idea. If you are a good mother, you shouldn’t do that.
