Dr. Dianne Neumark-Sztainer found that undergraduate had gained 0.69 more body mass index (BMI) points than their non-dieting classmates. It’s a danger sign that dieting can lead to binge eat. Why dieting lead to binge eat? When you go on dieting. You usually reduce the meal times, for example skip breakfast. When you haven’t eat food for long time, your brain send you a signal that you are hunger. You cannot control your food craving, so you have to binge eat. The best ways stop binge eat is eat 5-6 times per days, but limit each meal food intake.
