Eat less or eat more, which is good for diet? People think eat less can help their diet, because eat less food means less fat. But I will say eat less not good diea for diet.

Hungry not only bad for health, but also bad for diet. Because eat less make you guzzle, guzzle usually cause weight gain or weight loss. Also guzzle can hurt your stomach.
