There is a misunderstanding about eating fat cause to obesity for many years. People lack enough nutrition knowledges about fat and obesity, when dietitian tell them fat is really bad for their weight loss, dieters believe it. But eating fruit and vegetable aren’t really help you to lose weight, because you can’t control your food craving, so you have to eat excess of sugar and refined flour which will trigger the oversecretion of our “fat storage”. This will lead to serious obesity also.
Fat isn’t bad, if you eat fat right. How to eat fat right to avoid obesity and other disease. My suggesting is eliminate trans fatty acids and saturated fats intake, but eat more monounsaturated fats and essential fats.
