Low Fat Foods Fruit Except Avocado

We eat fruit and vegetable daily! Because we know fruits are low fat foods, eating fruit is good for diet. But there is a kind of fruit not low fat foods, it’s Avocado. The avocado contains more fat than most fruits. Since avocado contains high fat amount, whether we should stop add avocados to my diet. Although avocado contain high fat, we can eat it. Why? because the fat contain in avocado are heart-healthy monounsaturated kind of fat. The monounsaturated fat has many benefits for our body health, also the monounsaturated fat don’t cause weight gain, so we can eat it.
