I think many dieters misunderstand the carbohydrate diet. When we think carbohydrate-rich, we generally think of flour which will hurts my diet and help gains weight.
Carbohydrate is a compound which includes sugars, starches, celluloses, and gums. There is two kinds of carbohydrate, refined carbohydrate and unrefined carbohydrate. The refined carbohydrate often too low in fiber and other important nutrients. But the unrefined carbohydrate really for diet, because high fiber and rich nutrients.
