My Diet Plan and Food Diaries

Usually I like to write some letters about how many foods I have ate daily. It’s really a useful habit for my diet plan. Because the food diaries keep us in the moment and require us to make judgment calls. We know how many many foods we have ate, then we can calulate the intake of calorie, fat, carb and cholesterol. If we know we eat too much from food diaries, then we can reduce the food intake next day. Also the food diaries show how many lbs we have lose per month. Food Diaries really good for diet, so I suggest you keep up with it.
