Raw food diet or cooked food diet? Some of dieters like raw food diet, other dieters prefer cooked food diet. If you only care the diet effect, I think raw is best. Because raw food are natural food. This means the nutrition won’t lost when you eating the raw food. But the problem is raw food are not safe than cooked food. The toxins and bacilli will enter your immunity system harm your
body. So most of people have to choose cooked food diet as their best diet plan.

Apparently Cooked food diet greatest shortcoming is nutrition lost. When you are cooking food, the 70% nutrition are lost in this process. The nutrition includes all kinds of vitamins, fibre and mineral. So the problem is how to keep the maximal nutrition when cooking food.
