When I’m on low calorie diet. Calorie intake is very important. So I choose to eat fruits and vegetables. Because fruits and vegetables are low calorie foods. But I dislike fruit and vegetable, since I ate them for years. I think I should eat food which can replace vegetable and fruit. Then, I find it. It’s seafood. Most Seafood is only 20 to 50 calories per ounce. Although seafood contain higher calories than fruit and vegetables, sea food contain less calories than meats. This means, if you choose to eat seafood for weight loss, your body won’t store much many calories. You just need do some exercise, you can lose weight fast. Also seafood are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It’s good for my health.
