Soy not only health food, but also diet food. Soy contain low fat, low calorie and low carb. Now many dieters love soy, because they know eating soy can help their diet.

New research out recently concluded that a soy may even prevent belly fat in women who have gone through menopause as well. Soy contains compounds called isoflavones that are structurally similar to estrogen and bind to estrogen receptors in fat tissue. So in theory, soy isoflavones could help regulate body fat metabolism.

If you want to prevent belly fat, just eating more soy. You needn’t any sit up exercise, because eating soy can prevent belly fat. Eating soy is best for those people dislike exercise, but want to reduce their belly fat.
